LWS Plumbing & Heating Ltd (company number 15945062, 2 Birch Rd, Northchurch, Berkhamsted HP4 3SQ) is the data controller for personal information collected through this website.

What we collect

When you request a quote or send an enquiry, we collect the details you give us: your name, phone number, email address, postcode, information about your home and heating system, and any message you send. We also keep basic technical information (IP address and browser type) to protect the site from spam.

How we use it

We use your information only to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotes, arrange and carry out work, and meet our legal and accounting obligations. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in running our business.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. We only share it where needed to deliver your job (for example, registering a boiler installation with the manufacturer and Building Control through the Gas Safe Register) or where required by law.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within 12 months. Customer records are kept for as long as needed for warranties, safety records and accounting (normally 6 years).
