Quick answer

A new boiler fitted by LWS starts from £1,995, fully installed, with our packages from £1,995 to £2,895. The final price depends on the boiler type and size, whether you are switching from a system to a combi, moving the boiler, and the flue route.

What affects the cost of a new boiler?

  • Boiler type and size. Combi, system and regular boilers are priced differently, and larger outputs cost more.
  • Like-for-like or conversion. Switching from a regular or system boiler to a combi involves removing the cylinder and tanks and changing pipework. With LWS this currently adds £650.
  • Moving the boiler. Relocating the boiler means new gas, water and condensate routes. This currently adds £450.
  • Flue route. A vertical flue through the roof costs more than a horizontal flue through a wall. This currently adds £250.
  • Brand and warranty. Premium boilers often come with longer manufacturer warranties.

What should be included in the price?

A proper quote should include removal of your old boiler, a system flush, a magnetic filter, commissioning, warranty registration and Building Regulations notification. All of these are included in every LWS installation.
